great experience but some room for improvement
The location immersed in the rainforest was stunning. Our junior suite with a sea view offered breathtaking sights, especially when the sun set over the horizon. The staff delivered excellent service, always attentive without being overbearing. I enjoyed the garden view from our balcony, which added a peaceful ambiance to our stay.
The transportation costs to nearby attractions can be quite high.

Staying at Rancho Pacifico was unforgettable! The view from my Suite with Sea View left me in awe every morning. I loved how the room had a sitting area and a terrace, perfect for soaking in the stunning landscape. The staff really made an impact. They learned my preferences quickly and made me feel right at home. One morning, I found a cup of hot sauce waiting at my table without having to ask, pretty impressive! The dining experience was delightful, focusing on fresh ingredients. Each meal felt like a special event. However, the food service could be improved. I faced long waits for meals, with one dinner taking over two hours, which really tested my patience. Cleaning staff could be a bit quieter in the mornings. a little more consideration in that area would be great. Overall, I had an amazing time with plenty of opportunities to hike and enjoy the local area, but the food service needs some attention to match the quality of the food.
